Heart of Downtown - Modern & Spacious

Overall a so-so experience. Positive: Location was good Negative: The beds were not comfortable. The toilet seat was faulty. There was only one towel and one napkin provided per person. There was no soap for the clothes washing machine. The bathroom shower was a disaster because the water overflowed out of the shower cubicle into the bathroom due to poor drainage in the shower cubicle. It was disappointing that there was only one bathroom/shower facility so had to take turns. Before arrival, the staff was not forthcoming about any information and I had to keep sending messages and calling before they would reply. That was frustrating.

Fowl odor and construction in upstairs apt waking us every morning. Positive: Location and roominess Negative: Not as clean as expected, appliances could use updating

Negative: The bathroom is very small, water spills outside, and it's not very modern, even though it claims to be one. This is an old building, and there is no lift. You will have to lift the luggage all the way to the third floor, which can be very tiring. If you are staying over the weekend, late nights can get a bit noisy.
