Luxury Living in Copenhagen’s Prime Spot

Outright disappointing property Avoid it or regret it Positive: Leaving to go home Negative: The manager was unhelpful and contemptuous The oven was unusable from arrival and the manager refused to help It remained unusable for the duration of our stay. No storage for food No storage for clothes The property had not been cleaned correctly and someone had to be sent to deal with it Insufficient and/or damaged crockery and glassware Construction workers are still on site completing the properties Noise and disruption. Lift being blocked for guests while builders are using it Workmen on the roof outside our bedroom early mornings. I could go on and on Rental cost is high but it is not reflected in the quality of return It is advertised as Luxury which is a complete sham and is a total misrepresentation of the reality Our holiday with the family was spoilt.

Over all not bad for a short stay Positive: Location is within walking distance from the center and restaurants , and suitable for a large group or family Negative: No cleaning services

Spacious, comfortable property in stunning location. We very much enjoyed our stay overall, including the exceptional canal views and vibrant, interesting surroundings. That said, there are a few items to note: The adjacent construction generated intermittent noise (including early morning). The check in process proved awkward (including an unsuccessful attempt at key retrieval from a convenient store locker in a separate neighborhood). Deciphering the appliances on premises was a challenge absent an introduction or explanation. Finally, management overall seemed amateurish (including promised services that never materialized etc). In a nutshell, lovely space in a great location with middling service.

We enjoyed a mother-daughter week of museums, fine dining, walking and biking. The three-bedroom apartment is ideally situated with a spectacular view as well as close proximity to everything. On sunny days the river's edge is fulled with sunbathers. Paper Island has coffee shops and a hotel. We highly recommend this location, this host and Copenhagen.

Beautiful, contemporary apartment on Paper Island. Well appointed, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We found the apartment layout, amenities and location perfect for our family. The view over the canal towards Nyhavn was spectacular. The management company, Hostminded, was very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. We would love to return to Copenhagen and stay here again.
